Lynn Dischler

Director of Testing and Documentation

Lynn Dischler is the Director of Software Verification & Validation and Technical Documentation at NorthEast Monitoring Inc. This position is essential to the examination and release of new products where she has refined her focus to developing system requirements and testing new software. Her efforts were instrumental in assisting the development team to ensure the quality of our products, including the DR400 and DR200 recorders and the software such as HE/LX Analysis, LX Event, and the LX Remote. Prior to working at NorthEast Monitoring, Inc., Lynn designed and implemented pricing, capitation, referral processing, and E-Prescribing systems and solutions within the health insurance industry. Lynn has a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University.

Core Responsibilities at NorthEast Monitoring

During Lynn’s time at NorthEast Monitoring, many new products have been released, including the DR200/HE, DR300, DR400 and Gateways, and the DR181 recorders; and software solutions such as HE/LX Analysis, LX Event and LX Remote on the web. Lynn not only tests the software, but is also involved in developing the system requirements and works closely with the development team to ensure quality products are created and released.

Prior to NorthEast Monitoring, Lynn worked in the health insurance industry in IT for 20 years, where she managed, designed and led teams on the implementation and maintenance of many systems including pricing, capitation, referral processing.  She joined the Pharmacy team later on and worked one of the first E-Prescribing systems and solutions.

Lynn has a B.S. from Penn State University.

Sherry Steele

Quality Control & Regulatory Assurance Direcotr

Sherry Steele serves as the Quality Control and Regulatory Assurance Director for NorthEast Monitoring. She also provides establishment documentation to Northeast Monitoring’s channel partners worldwide. Her duties as an office manager consist of purchasing, accounting, customer order support, and design documentation. Sherry has over 30 years of experience in the industry, including 25 years as a project manager of manufacturing, software engineering and storage at Hewlett Packard.

Sherry is responsible for quality control and regulatory assurance for NorthEast products and establishment documentation worldwide. Office Manager duties consist of purchasing, accounting, customer order support, and design documentation.

Linda Saengkheune

CUSTOMER ORDERS / SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Linda Saengkheune processes customer orders and coordinates the Product Testing at NorthEast Monitoring, Inc. Once a customer places an order, Linda is responsible for organizing the packing, shipping, and invoicing of the product(s). Linda has over 10 years of experience in the industry and previously worked at Typo Simplex. She has a certificate from Salter Business Career Training Institute.

Linda is responsible for all the customer orders processing (point of order, pick/pack/invoice/ship). Product Testing for all Products.

Eric Goodrich

Eric directs the sales and marketing strategy for NorthEast monitoring. He assists domestic and international channel partner with distribution, development and implementation of effective sales strategies and maintains competitive knowledge to increase market growth. Eric is also part of the Application and Technical Support team at NorthEast Monitoring.

Eric brings more than 25 years of experience to NorthEast Monitoring Inc. with experience managing a large cardiovascular diagnostic center as well as owning and operating a Holter and event monitoring service. Eric holds certificates in CCT, RCVT, RDMS and business management from Oakland Community College, Carnegie Institute, and Davenport University.

Direct sales and marketing strategies. Assist domestic and international channel partners with distribution, pricing and sales contracts. Develop and implementing effective sales strategies and maintain competitive knowledge to increase market growth. In addition, he respond to technical support calls and emails, assist channel partners with demonstrating the different levels and features of NEMON software and recorders. Assist with use of all recorders and troubleshooting. Assist with installation and training customers in using the program. Generate RMA’s.

Stella Reis

Application/Technicial Support

Stella Reis is a part of the Application and Technical Support team at NorthEast Monitoring, Inc. and is the main point of contact for Northeast monitoring’s support calls and emails. Stella has over 25 years of experience in the industry, including Director of Operations at Prime Medical Hospital Service in New York, Administrative Director of the non-invasive Lab at St. John Queens Hospital and SER Holter Scanning Service. Stella graduated from Lehman College, has a degree from St. Anthony’s Nursing program, and is EKG certified.

Tracy Bates

Application/Technicial Support

Tracy is the newest member of the Application and Technical Support team at NorthEast, but has been using NorthEast products for many years. Tracy has experience in areas of cardiology in various cardiovascular positions such as  EKG, Holter/Event monitoring, ultrasound and EKG/stress lab.  Tracy is a graduate of the Cardiovascular Technology program at the University Of Toledo.  She has certificates in CCT and  NCMA.

Mark Hubelbank, Ph.D.

President and Co-Founder

Mark Hubelbank, Ph.D. is the President and Co-Founder of NorthEast Monitoring, Inc. In his over 45 years of experience, Dr. Hubelbank has held positions in every aspect of the industry, including research, product development, consulting, engineering design, and management, and technology-based medical instrumentation. Dr. Hubelbank is also one of the founders of CardioData and held positions at Electronics for Medicine, Honeywell Medical, and Mortara Instrument. Dr. Hubelbank is active in the IEEE Association, has been published extensively in industry-leading journals. He also holds two current patents for patient monitoring, with four other patents currently pending. Dr. Hubelbank holds many degrees, including a ScD in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
